Time Out says

Chef Anthony Genovese, chef-owner of the two-Michelin-starred Il Pagliaccio in Rome, takes over Dolce Vita at the Mandarin Oriental Singapore for five days to present his own interpretations of Italian cuisine at lunch ($88/four courses, $108/five courses) and dinner ($128/five courses, $158/six courses). Dishes include calamari with cream of sea urchin, sea bream with yellow mushrooms, lamb with eggplant and ricotta, and dessert of clafoutis with chocolate sorbet and lemon jam. 

Book in for a stay at the hotel (from $1,040/night) and you'll get to dine on the six-course dinner and rub shoulders with the chef.
