European restaurant Ash and Elm promises a culinary spectacle by means of its three unique kitchen contraptions. A charcuterie and cheese room sends out platters of cheeses ($24-$34), procured Europe-wide, and cured meats ($24-$60). A wood-fired oven churns out lasagna ($25), lobster thermidors ($78) and a variety of breads ($18-$26). And a charcoal grill fires up steaks ($56-$160) and pork chops ($39).
