Homebaker Gina Tan started her baking journey in 2016, experimenting with recipes to see what could yield the best possible results. This experimentation led to the creation of Annie, a wild yeast Gina cultivated using organic apples, water, and flour. Annie is used most prominently in the home-based bakery’s signature sourdough and bagels. Stick to the classic wholemeal sourdough ($14.90), or try her sweet potato sourdough ($18.90) if you prefer a slight tang.
