This October, boCHINche, is playing host to a team of Argentinean experts flown in from across the world and all for one purpose: Comilona, an Argentine food and wine festival. Experience the flavours and culture of this South American country with a series of exclusive dinner collaborations centred on ten key products. Eight guest chefs and one sommelier will team up to present a 5-course dinner ($150, $190 with wine pairing) that changes each day featuring Argentine beef, Aji Molido and Cedron among others.
