What started out as a successful private home dining business in Malaysia has since evolved into a standalone restaurant at Orchard Gateway. Chef-owner Danny Chew wanted to open a space where people could come together and bond over hearty Nonya grub. Over at Bonding Kitchen, looking forward to time-tested recipes, including the Hokkien lor ark and sotong masak hitam, served alongside modern plates of wagyu rendang and buah keluak fried rice.
