For all things Bavarian, head to Brez'n. The restaurant, named after the Bavarian word for 'pretzel', specialises in crispy pork knuckles ($29.50) and traditional grilled sausages such as Weisswurst ($17) and Thüringer Würstchenschnecke ($19), also known as 'sausage snail'. You can order the namesake bread individually ($4.50), but go for the Brez'n Baum ($12) instead: three pretzels are served hanging on a wooden stand. Of course, no trip to a German restaurant is complete without beer. And here, you can get Paulaner beers on tap ($9.50-$27.50) or by the bottle ($8.50-$15).
