Time Out says

From September 1 to October 31, it’s an entirely new slew of croissants and fresh bakes over at a new Brotherbird Bakehouse pop-up. This time, it’s held at a Shell station in Sengkang (61 Sengkang East Road).

While the selection predominantly caters to the sweet tooth, with the likes of a rocher croissant, earl grey milk chocolate, and churros croissant, there will also be savoury options such as the twice-baked mentaiko prawn croissant and pizza danish. Other interesting bakes include the twice-baked pistachio croissant, lemon meringue croissant, and cinnamon brown sugar knots.

It’s open from 4pm to 9pm on weekdays, and 11am to 4pm on weekends. Head down early though – the croissants and other bakes are only available till they sell out. While the previous pop-up at a Tampines Shell station was a hit, they will soon be closed on August 31. In addition to the CT Hub2 and 32 Bali Lane outlets, Brotherbird Bakehouse is also currently planning for north and west locations for future pop-ups.
