Come New Year's Eve, there is a buffet dinner at The Knolls ($168-$258) and Cassia ($59-$168) with the option to continue on to the countdown party at an additional cost. If you feel like splashing out, spring for the New Year's package ($1,650) which includes a three-night stay at the Premier Garden Room, daily breakfast, NYE dinner, access to the countdown party as well as brunch on January 1.
