At db Bistro and Oyster Bar, you’ll find – surprise, surprise – no shortage of seafood. If you’re dining as part of a huge group, go straight for the New England seafood boils, which are new to the menu. Lobsters, mussels and clams are steamed in a white wine broth then delivered to your table on platters as vast as the ocean. Forget the cutlery and get those fingers dirty.

Catch a cooking demonstration by Daniel Boulud at The Grove on Aug 13. 7.30pm.
