If you’ve become addicted to hawker centres while in Singapore, or are ravenous when you arrive, the airport’s food centre is open to the public. The quality of the stalls pales in comparison to those in the suburbs, but good bets are the crunchy vegetables and chilli heat of Aishah Indian Rojak, and the smoky flavours of Rex Satay. There’s also a food centre in Terminal 1.
