East meets west at Rabbit Stash this Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day with chef-owner Matthew Mok’s innovative new menu. The five-course aims to fuse distinct and rich flavours, adding a twist to traditional dishes such as the yu sheng which is a combination of cured Norwegian trout, homemade ginger jelly and sesame crackers drizzled with tantalizing plum sauce.
