Time Out says

The chefs at db Bistro and Oyster Bar dial down their French flavours on the first two days of Chinese New Year to serve family-style plates of dishes like red snapper with oyster mushrooms and bok choy wrapped in lotus leaf ($120), black truffle-stuffed organic chicken rice ($98) and roasted suckling pig ($98/two, $196/four, $328/six). Yu sheng is a salad of king salmon and hamachi ($18/person, minimum of two to dine) and a special My Beautiful Lady cocktail ($22) will be shaken up just for the occasion.
