Join us for the Balik Kampong Heritage Dinner, featuring a seven-course meal prepared by some of the city's best chefs – and don't worry, there's plenty of cocktails to be savoured too.
Dinner is prepared by chefs Damian D'Silva (MasterChef Singapore judge) of Folklore, Han Li Guang of Michelin-starred Labyrinth, Haikal Johari of Michelin-starred Alma by Juan Amador and Pang Kok Keong of Antoinette and Pang's Hakka Delight. All four will be present at the dinner to take guests on a culinary exploration highlighting Singapore's rich and diverse food heritage. Expect a seven-course dinner of Eurasian, Peranakan, Malay and Chinese dishes created just for this event – paired with cocktails expertly crafted using Havana Club rum, Monkey 47 gin, Altos tequila and Jameson Irish whiskey and local ingredients.
