Made from Wagyu-Holstein beef, this T-bone cut of meat is grilled over wood Florentine style, resulting in steak that has a charred exterior but red and juicy on the inside. Meant for sharing between two to three people, the steak is lightly seasoned with salt and extra-virgin olive oil. Eat it as it is, or add horseradish, mustard or balsamic reduction to complement the meat.
