Time Out says

This new Gemmill Lane nook is like a friendlier Italian brother to their wine sipping neighbours down the road, O'Bagtinolles. Dressed in warm lighting, comfy wood tables, chairs and bench seating with their wine cellars and service counter flanking the narrow shophouse room, Delicacy's simple decor is complemented by friendly service that feels like a warm hug.

Lunch offers $15, $20 and $30 sets with options like spiced tuna or roast chicken salads, manchego cheese, Jamon Iberico or cold cut sandwiches to choose from, as well as heartier meals of roast pork belly with chorizo and bean stew, and striploin with fries. Dinnertime encourages diners to linger over tapas like walnut croquetas ($8), ham platters of cheeses ($28) and cold cuts ($28) that Delicacy's parent company, Food & Wine Merchants import directly into Singapore. Head chef Victor Caballe Molina, formerly of Bomba and Vida Vino, takes care of hot plates like their grass-fed beef sliders ($14), lamb cutlets ($25) and roast suckling pig slices, designed to be enhanced with their exclusive Czech ale, or one of the wines by the glass or bottle on offer.
