For a night of drinking, dining and dancing by the beach, look no further than this exciting dinner by Michelin-starred chef Nandu Jubany. Held at FOC Sentosa in collaboration with HungryGoWhere, this one-night-only event sees Tanjong Beach transform into a Spanish oasis on August 4 from 6pm to 9pm, just in time for a pre-National Day celebration.

The chef

Chef Nandu Jubany of Can Jubany in Barcelona is flying down to lend his expertise to this exciting dinner. The head honcho of the Michelin-starred Catalan restaurant also runs his own hotel and is the gastronomic advisor to Majestic Hotel Group in Spain. He uses his creative flair to elevate rustic Spanish cooking by preparing classic dishes like patatas bravas and paella with high-quality local ingredients sourced from around the area.

The location

Nestled along Tanjong Beach, FOC Sentosa brings Barcelona’s world-famous beach culture to our shores. Expect thumping tunes to take you into the night as you salsa by the pool on on the sandy beach. Party like a Mediterranean right here in sunny Singapore – we can't think of a better way to work up an appetite.

The food and drinks

The night kicks off with chef Nandu Jubany carving a leg of Iberico ham. Then, be spoilt for choice with six live stations on site, including ones that serve rare Spanish cheeses and desserts. Try that and more as waiters roam the beach passing around chilled and fiery tapas – in case you ever find your hands empty. But that's not all, there's also a free flow of alcoholic beverages including FOC's signature red sangria, gin and tonic, and beer, or soft drinks and juices for those in the crowd looking to party sober.

It's a Michelin-starred night under the stars you won't soon forget. Tickets are priced at $150 nett for Singtel subscribers and $180 nett for the general public. Book now to secure your spot.
