Sample rare Jikon sake bottlings with a six-course seafood fest ($238) cooked up modern Chinese style at Sum Yi Tai's Dining Club. In attendance is the Kiyasho Brewery's sixth generation sake master, Tadayoshi Onishi, who'll speak about the Jikon brand of sakes handcrafted and launched by him.
