Durian Crispy Pancake

If the flavour of this durian pancake tastes familiar, you may have had it when the stall was located in Change Alley. Still helmed by the same uncle – and he’s brought along his unique ordering system – these days he can be found at the corner of Yishun Street 81 Food Court. Despite the name, the unassuming stall serves a range of flavours (peanut, chicken floss, cheese and egg, red bean etc) and because they’re served fresh, you’ll have to wait a few minutes before you bite into a thin, crispy pancake filled with creamy durian goodness.
