It's hardly a snow-capped mountain, but there's still festive cheer to be found at the peak of Mount Faber. From December 4 to 23 and 25 to 30, Spuds and Aprons offers three-dish lunch ($45) and four-course dinner ($80) menus featuring dishes like farm-style chicken roulade stuffed with chestnuts, or grain-fed 150-day Australian sirloin steak. Dining on Cloud 9 also puts on a festive menu ($318/couple) that includes two glasses of Italian Moscato and a box of chocolate to sweeten the evening.
On the eves of Christmas and New Year, check in for an à la carte meal ($14-$70) or a late-night snack ($30/after 9pm) at Spuds and Apron, a four-course meal at Faber Bistro ($95), or dine with a loved one in a cable car ($318/couple).
Faber Peak will also host countdown parties to ring in 2016. Book in advance for a $188 package for four, which includes ciders and party snacks, or really splash out and reserve a cable car cabin for you and up to five friends ($488). Package includes two bottles of champagne, three round trips (10.30pm-12.30am), a chocolate treat platter and party packs.
