Food Republic Capitol Piazza (formerly Palette)

Palette at Capitol Piazza is now Food Republic. After experimenting with a fancied up food court concept, local diners will be more familiar with the new hawker style dining format. Food from big-name brands like Balestier Bak Kut Teh and Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant are served alongside wonton and beef noodles from Hong Kong's Hok Kee, and Huat Huat's barbecued chicken wings.
