We might not be getting a taste of chef Alvin Leung's Bo Innovation creations, but we've got the next best thing. Hong Kong's "Demon Chef" is opening his first restaurant in Singapore, Forbidden Duck, a Peking duck eatery that serves both traditional and contemporary styles. Cantonese classics and dim sum inspired by local flavours are also on the menu.
