Not only will guests be able to savour Osteria Mozza’s very own wood-fired pizzas, but Silverton is also bringing evergreen favourites from Chi Spacca, her award-winning meat-focused Tuscan restaurant in Los Angeles. Silveton’s famous spacca beef patties are known for their signature blend of well-seasoned dry-aged beef to give maximum flavour.

Sink your teeth into a classic juicy patty with tangy house pickles, Calabrian mint aioli and a fluffy sesame seed bun or go with the cult-favourite Sooner Smash if you’re into smash-style burgers that come with a perfectly charred stacks paired with American cheese. Silverton also teases Chi Spacca’s tender lamb burger accompanied by roasted eggplant and creamy amba yoghurt.

As for Pynt, he presents the best of Burnt Ends with familiar favourites that promise a beefy affair. The beef katsu sando sees a thick slab of grilled tenderloin with black garlic barbecue sauce and aioli sandwiched between toasts from the Burnt Ends Bakery. Pig out with the Loaded Sanger Fries where the spuds are fried in smoked beef fat and topped with pulled pork shoulder and chipotle aioli. Or enjoy a lighter and more refreshing side of Pynt’s signature Burger Sauce Side Salad.

At the booze station, shake up the party with a curated list of classic cocktails. Think iconic Aperol spritz, classic negroni, and the Yu-Cu Frizante, a fizzy gin-based summer favourite. There will also be a selection of beers, wines and non-alcoholic options available to all. This is definitely a not-to-be-missed chance to witness two prolific chefs cooking together at the live stations. Tickets are priced at $99 per person.
