Sip on a soothing broth, boiled with 12 different herbs; or sample a spice-forward soup base made with toasted white pepper and whole garlic bulbs. Both options come served with classic short ribs ($7), or premium bone-in pork ribs – best enjoyed with a bowl of rice.
You can also find other unique forms of bak kut teh here, like the Lamb-Kut Teh ($16) where a leg of lamb comes cooked in a bittersweet herbal broth. Complete the meal with a selection of wok-kissed zichar dishes: salted egg prawn ($18), prawn paste chicken ($7.50), and more.
