Glass Roasters’ simple and inviting space is shared with Gelato Labo, known for churning out fresh flavours daily. As you enter, you’ll notice the space truly lives up to its name, with numerous open-concept glass windows that flood the space with natural light. There’s also a unique U-shaped communal area at the entrance, setting it apart from the usual seating configurations.
The menu includes a regular black coffee for $4.50, a flat white for $5.50. They also offer special concoctions that get switched up from time to time, including the Taro Latte for $6.50 and the Oat Chai at $7. These go perfectly with their daily bakes, such as fresh banana cakes and madeleines.
