Hawker Spotlight 2017

The third edition of Hawker Spotlight features Maxwell Food Centre, home to Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, which recently won a Bib Gourmand award. Lucky members of the public who are picked at the impromptu on-site contest at 3pm will get to take part in an intimate media tour led by food connoisseur Moses Lim and discover the stories behind each stall.
