Here, you’ll find plenty to indulge in: the stunning skyline views, creative cocktails, mod Pan-Asian plates, and genre-spanning music – all within one artfully designed space.

The vibe 

This isn’t your average rooftop hangout. Stretching across a whopping 10,000 square feet on the 61st and 62nd floors of One Raffles Place, HighHouse is designed to impress. Whether you're cosying up in a plush booth, perched by the floor-to-ceiling windows, or living your best life at the open-air NOVA deck upstairs, the city views steal the show.

The music is a whole moment too. Listen out for curated soundscapes spun by up-and-coming and renowned DJs from Singapore and beyond, with genre-hopping sets that delve into house, techno, funk, progressive trance, disco, and more. Live saxophone sets also make appearances on select nights, bringing a sultry, old-school vibe to your modern night out.

The food 

HighHouse’s menu is rooted in mod Pan-Asian flavours inspired by the Pacific Coast. Executive Chef Sam Chin – who cut his teeth in modern European kitchens – brings his globetrotting sensibilities to the table with playful, fusion-forward plates made for sharing. Seafood stars across the menu: think Fijian-style ceviche ($24), Dutch kingfish carpaccio ($18), and grilled Spanish octopus ($28) that’s oh-so succulent.

Meat-lovers should make a beeline for the 12-hour braised sakura pork belly ($36), finished over the Josper Grill for those rich, smoky flavours. Chin’s dishes blend familiarity with surprise, reinterpreting traditional flavours through a fresh, contemporary lens.

The drinks 

Wondering what to drink as you marvel at the double-storey feature bar? Whether you’re in the mood for something meticulously crafted or a quick pour with flair, HighHouse has you covered with both signature cocktails and draft creations on tap. For a slow sipper with serious depth, try the Maple and Smoke ($22). This reimagined Old Fashioned pairs Maker’s Mark bourbon with Monkey Shoulder and smoked maple syrup – a velvety number that’s big on character and smooth on the finish. 

If you’re looking for something tropical, The Monk in the Jungle ($20) is your go-to. A riff on the iconic Jungle Bird, this draft cocktail swaps in monk fruit (Luo Han Guo) for a naturally sweet, slightly earthy edge that plays beautifully with rum and bitters. There’s also an extensive collection of aged whiskies, craft gins and rare spirits for the purists and the adventurous alike.

Come just before sunset to snag a golden hour spot at NOVA – then stay as the city lights come alive, soundtracked by an ever-evolving lineup of genre-bending DJ sets.
