If you don’t have a reservation on the weekend, forget about getting a table here after noon. The menu can be intimidating, so let the staff guide you. Scrumptious dim sum includes deep-fried yam pastries, sautéed snake beans and rice-flour rolls stuffed with prawns. On the à la carte menu, the steamed fish is excellent. Ask for a booth seat; the other tables are exposed to heavy traffic. Imperial Treasure (a rival to the Crystal Jade group) has four other restaurants around town, each specialising in a different Chinese cuisine.
