Slow-roasted baby lamb, marinated for 4 hours with Cajun spices and assorted seasoning, takes centre-stage at this blowout that includes sup kambing, kebabs and an array of the restaurant’s signature dishes, such as rojak and kueh pie tee, and ayam buah keluak, a traditional Peranakan delicacy. And on weekends, you can enjoy Boston lobsters, oysters and king crabs served on a bed of ice.
