What used to be Kilo Kitchen at 97 Duxton Rd has now reopened as Kilo Singapore. While the space retains all the industrial charm that we know and love (hand-sanded concrete walls, stone-hued furnishings), the menu has evolved to capture the flavours of Latin American cuisine. The wood-fired grill cooks up smoky plates of meat, with highlights that include Argentinian grass-fed ribeye ($48), spring chicken with cauliflower ($26), red prawn skewers ($26), and more.
