La Bonne Table

This quaint neighbourhood restaurant along East Coast Road isn’t exactly one where hoards of Instagrammers flock to – but it’s certainly popular for Easties who live nearby. With a rustic menu and homemade French fare, there’s an undeniable charm about La Bonne Table. And of course, the fact that they have an oyster party every Thursday (from 6pm) is just an added bonus. With just a minimum spend of $50, French Fine de Claire oysters from Normandy go for $1 each. Besides ordering up a platter of fresh oysters, their escargots with parsley butter ($19) and pan-seared duck foie gras ($33) are classics at any French dinner table.
