L’Eclair is another recent opening dedicated to a single type of pastry – eclairs, in this case. Inspired by a stint in Paris and enriched with training at Le Cordon Bleu, Sarah Tan and Michelle Looi experimented and came up with ten desserts-in-a-choux ($7.50- $8.50) in flavours like salted caramel with caramelised popcorn, rose with lychees and raspberries, and seasonal creations like mango and passionfruit, Earl Grey, and pistachio.
