The dishes installed by the group’s executive chef include smoked duck breast ($17) and smoked salmon ($15) tartines, a variety of cold cuts including air-dried wagyu ($25), as well as seafood options like Aussie oysters ($4/piece), and smoked rainbow trout ($16). On weekends, expect freshly baked French pastries and plates like classic eggs benny with salmon ($14) and French-style fried eggs with chicken sausage or bacon ($14).
