What started as a pushcart business selling handmade fishball noodles has now grown into a network of food court stalls located around Singapore. Fishballs, the main highlight at Li Xin Teochew Fishball Noodle, are made with yellowtail fish every day at its central kitchen, then shipped to its various outlets that include ION Orchard, Suntec City, and Jewel Changi. Have it atop mee pok or mee Kia ($5.50), tossed with homemade chilli and crispy lard, and pair it with other fresh offerings of fish dumplings ($7), fishcake ($3), and fish rolls.
