LIME at the eco-friendly PARKROYAL on Pickering's planned a 'mom-strous' buffet planned for Mother's Day. Follow the gourmet trail made up of different stations with ceviche and foie gras grilled to order, Flambéed foie gras and lobster eggs benedict are some Western dish offerings and the trail continues to the East with Nyonya laksa pimped out with lobster claws. The meal ends with the crème brulee station in different versions such as salted caramel and lavender. Each station is made more enjoyable with a bottomless flute of Piper Heidsieck champagne.
