To bring to light the achievements of Singapore-based chefs whose restaurants have won Michelin stars, Robert Parker Wine Advocate is hosting a string of four showcases. The showcase will start with chef Mural Manjunath of one-Michelin-starred The Song of India, the only Indian restaurant in South-East Asia to win such an accolate. Chef Manjunath is presenting eight recipes, all based on the kitchens of the royal households in India.
Chef Haikal Johari of Alma by Juan Amador is presenting his dishes in October, while Candlenut's Malcolm Lee takes over in November. And in December, Jaan's Kirk Westaway is the featured chef.
