To celebrate its latest opening, and its first anniversary in Singapore, Luke’s Lobster has teamed up with three local chefs to present a unique take on the classic lobster roll. It starts with a spice-scented affair; one-Michelin-starred Thevar tosses lobster chunks in curry aioli ($30.50). To follow are two other interpretations: a Sichuan mala roll ($30.50) by Birds of a Feather, and a Nonya-inspired creation by chef Annette Tan from private diner Fatfuku.
