Dubbed the Prince of Pasta, Mitch Orr, Sydney’s ‘it’ chef from the award-winning restaurant Acme, is set to make waves in Singapore as he takes over Maggie Joan’s kitchen for a day. The food at Acme has been known to be full of surprises, which diners here can definitely expect. The menu ($75), which can be pre-ordered on Chope, is available for lunch or dinner on the 16th, or for dinner only on the 17th. It’ll feature items like the baloney sandwich, a mortadella and baloney potato bread sandwich, and the pig’s head macaroni and egg yolk pasta, an interpretation of traditional Filipino sisig.
