Time Out says

The number one restaurant on the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list is coming to Singapore for a pop-up from November 1 to 12. The latest in Mandala Club's Mandala Masters culinary series, the pop-up will be held at the revamped Mandarin Oriental hotel for the first time.

If you don’t know Le Du, then you ought to. Opened by Chef ThiTid Tassanakajohn (Chef Ton) in 2013, the restaurant has consistently blown diners and critics away with its refined, modern Thai dishes which draw from Thailand’s best seasonal produce. Case in point: it’s been awarded one Michelin star every year since 2019.

Chef Ton will be flying to Singapore with his entire team of 26 for the Mandala Masters pop-up. For the event, they’ve prepared a tasting menu to take diners on a journey of the traditional Thai flavours close to chef Ton’s heart. New menu items include squid with scallion and salted duck egg; tilefish, cauliflower and Issan herbs; Japanese Wagyu and spicy northeastern-style sauce; and a coconut and palm sugar dessert. You’ll also get to enjoy Le Du signatures like prawn, beetroot and chili; lobster with shrimp paste and jor-rang curry.

In a special tie-up with the newly-revamped Mandarin Oriental hotel, you can also purchase exclusive packages consisting of a Le Du dinner for two with wine pairing and a two-night stay at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore Marina Bay Room (from $2,650) or Marina Bay Suites (from $3,700).

The pop-up experience alone is priced from $396 per person for lunch and $556 per person for dinner. Reservations can be made now through mandala.club/ledu.
