Two powerhouses from Burnt Ends Hospitality Group are coming under one roof at Pullman Singapore Orchard in January 2024. Meatsmith, known for its lip-smacking South American BBQ smoked meats, and Burnt Ends Bakery, famed for its filled donuts, will be having a two-week residency at the hotel from January 8 to 21.
First up, Meatsmith will be taking over Eden Restaurant at Pullman Singapore Orchard from January 8 to 20. Tuck into its signature meats, including starters like Scotch quail egg, and pork belly burnt ends, as well as mouthwatering grills like beef brisket, smoked pork ribs, and grand meat platters. Eden Restaurant will also put an Asian twist on Meatsmith's American smokehouse barbecues. Savour the Pullman Burger, which has 8-hour braised pork belly, beancurd crisp, and Sarawak slaw, slapped between slices of Meatsmith's potato bun; a 12-hour beef short rib rendang; and dry-aged porterhouse steak with sichuan and coriander chimichurri, among others.
On January 11, there will be a special six-course American wine pairing dinner at Eden Restaurant (from $188). Wine connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike will get to enjoy six courses of hearty Meatsmith fare (think Portoro ribeye, chipotle pork rib, and smoked burrata) accompanied by a selection of American wines. Neil Simon Claudio, Head of Beverage from Burnt Ends Hospitality Group, will lead the experience.
Things get taken up a notch on the weekends. On January 13, 14, 20, and 21 (9am to 4pm), Burnt Ends Bakery will be popping up at Atelier Lounge with a wide selection of baked goods. Those with a sweet tooth should go for its famed flavoured donuts as well as its beautiful berry tart. Those looking for a savoury snack won't be disappointed – Burnt Ends Bakery will also offer its savoury pies and rolls.
