Along with the annual Gusto Italiano promotion comes the showcase of dishes by one Michelin-starred chef Emmanuele Mazzella. His passion for infusing local seasonal ingredients translates into 3- and 4-course ($68-$188) special menus of signature dishes and other creations including the brasato, a slow-braised Australian beef cheek served with celeriac and roasted mushrooms.
