Morsels x Ryunique’s Four Hands Dinner

Are you up for a Ryunique experience? Chef Petrina Loh is collaborating with chef Tae Hwan Ryu from Ryunique in Seoul, which has been on both the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and World's 100 Best Restaurants lists. It's the first time chef Tae is participating in a four-hands collaboration in Singapore where he'll be presenting signature dishes such as the ceviche treasure chest and silky fowl ginseng. Repping Singapore, chef Loh's dishes aren't to be outdone either. She's preparing Breton Blue lobster and Toriyama wagyu short ribs as a part of the seven-course dinner ($188) that also comes with five wine pairings for an additional $78.
