TungLok Heen co-owner Susur Lee returns to Singapore to present special four-course lunch ($108/person) and six-course dinner ($198/person) menus inspired by the seasonal seafood at his disposal in his Canadian hometown. Menu items include sea urchin-sauced linguine with hairy crab roe, a Chinese New Year-style lo-hei, and steamed star grouper and sea asparagus dressed with a Champagne sauce.
