Time Out says

Till the end of June, five-star hotel Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay is having a full-blown Thai buffet. Heap your plates with free-flow classic dishes, ranging from pineapple curry mussels to a basil prawn stir-fry. The star of the show is the yellow crab curry, wok-fried for an impactful burst of flavour – it’s a dish you’ll commonly find in Southern Thailand and one that pairs beautifully with a plain bowl of jasmine rice. But since it’s a buffet, you’ll want to try it all together with the other headlining dishes. Tuck into black Angus oxtail massaman curry, the green curry chicken, or even the red curry roast duck.

There are even live stations, on rotation, doling out Thai chicken rice, beef kway chap (noodle soup), and braised duck rice noodle. It’s the tom yum that’s a must-try though, a lightly spiced coconut milk broth that comes topped with a chunky lobster claw, crayfish and other fresh seafood. You’ll want to save some stomach space for the dessert lineup too, since it’s also serving up Thai desserts like red ruby, a selection of kueh, and even luk chup – colourful fruit-shaped mung bean desserts.

Prices start from $68 for lunch and $98 for dinner.
