Chef Marco Violano believes that the true Italian spirit is in feeding people well, and he translates this philosophy into his Craig Road Italian bar/restaurant. Expect classic Mediterranean dishes like the signature homemade spaghetti chitarre with scampi ($28), pan-roasted black cod with chickpea purée ($28) and Mediterranean-flavoured black mussels ($28). Have these with wines starting from $9 a glass, whiskeys starting from $12 for a dram of 12-year-old Bowmore, and Italian bar bites like Parma ham ($12-$14) and Italian cheese ($9-$19) that Violano imports from Italy.
