Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant (CLOSED)

Prima Tower's one of the city's oldest restaurants, and one of the two that slowly revolves as you dine on their brand of Beijing fare. Master chef Chan Sung Og from China leads the menu programming here, with signatures like Peking duck and shredded scallops with fish and egg white.
