Provisions, set in a space that screams 'industrial-chic', raises eyebrows with its oyster and uni claypot rice ($28) that's so unctuous, your hunger pangs will be replaced by those of guilt. Go for the mixed pork rice ($14) – there's jowl, belly and intestines – if you're craving something simpler. The skewers, on the other hand, are all marinated with Asian spices, like the octopus with Sichuan pepper and black garlic ($10) or the sirloin with kecap manis, oolong and burnt leek ($10).
