Young baker Rachel Ng dreams up exciting bakes of ondeh ondeh-inspired tarts and mini boba-topped tartlets at her takeaway-only store. The self-taught baker filled dainty, coin-sized tart shells (from $14.80 for six) with fillings of rose-scented panna cotta topped with lychee boba, pandan custard with gula Melaka coconut flakes, smooth yam paste, and more. The menu also features a unique tart ‘cake’ (from $62) – 12 slices of tarts arranged to form a circular, celebratory dessert.
