Rajarani Thosai serves handmade dishes, and highlights include the Plain Appam, which has a piping hot soft moist center with fragile lacy edges, and a grainy savoury sweet salty flavour, and the Egg Appam with fluffy pillow soft center and eggy sweet notes.
