The hawker stall serves up three signature grain bowl options, alongside a customisable menu. Try the Strip Love ($8), where rosemary-scented striploin is served atop wild mushroom cous cous; or sample the Side Chick ($7), with rice pilaf is accompanied by brown sugar shimeiji mushroom, salted edamame, and juicy tomatoes that have been pickled overnight.
