Founded in 2008 by Giuseppe and Loris Massimini and Niccolò Bertolini, the restaurant pays tribute to the art-filled coastal town of Pietrasanta, now reimagined in a warm, rustic space at One North.

There’s a beautiful simplicity to the experience here – honest, home-style cooking that pays tribute to Tuscany’s rich culinary heritage. Executive Chef Loris Massimini serves time-honoured classics like pappa al pomodoro and handmade pici, alongside indulgent favourites such as the tartufo nero pizza with black truffle spread and fettuccine with pork sausage and truffle. For a rich, seafood-forward option, try the tagliatelle with prawns and sun-dried tomatoes in a prawn bisque, a lesser-known gem on the menu that regulars swear by.
